Type a public Instagram @handle above and the viewer loads that account's current stories for watching and downloading, without you logging in anywhere. The anonymity is mechanical, not magical: the stories are fetched by our server, so Instagram registers a request from us, never a view from your account. There is no account of yours in the loop to show up in anyone's viewer list.
It works for public profiles only. Private accounts share stories with approved followers, and no legitimate tool can reach around that setting; any site claiming to show private stories is describing either fiction or a phishing form. Stories also live for 24 hours: what you see is what the account has live right now, and when a story expires on Instagram it disappears here too.
