cloutaroCloutaro respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights. We collect the minimum needed to deliver your order. Nothing for advertising. We don't sell data and we don't run third-party ad trackers.
What we collect
- Order details. The email and name you provide at checkout, the target URL or @handle, and the product and quantity. Used to deliver the order and send your receipt.
- Payment data. Handled entirely by our payment processors (NOWPayments, Cryptomus). We receive a confirmation and transaction reference, never your card number.
- Technical data. Basic request metadata (approximate country, browser type) for fraud prevention and support.
- Your cart. Stored locally in your browser, not on our servers, until you check out.
What we do NOT collect
We never ask for or store your social-media password or login. We don't use advertising cookies and we don't sell your information to anyone.
Why we process it
To fulfil your order, send delivery updates and receipts, provide support, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. The legal basis is performance of our contract with you and our legitimate interest in running the service securely.
Who we share it with
Only the minimum necessary: our payment processors, our own delivery infrastructure (only the target URL and quantity), and our email provider (Resend) for transactional email. We never share your data for marketing.
Retention
We keep order records for as long as needed to honour the refill window, provide support, and meet accounting and legal requirements, then delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data, and object to certain processing. See our GDPR Compliance page for EU/EEA rights. Email support@cloutaro.com to make a request.
Cookies
We use only the essential storage needed for the cart and security. See the Cookie Policy.
Analytics and consent
We use Google Analytics only if you accept it in the cookie banner; declining keeps the site fully usable. Where enabled, IP addresses are truncated before storage, we do not merge analytics data with personal data you give us at checkout, and you can withdraw consent at any time via the cookie settings or Google's browser opt-out.
Payment data
Payments run entirely on our processors' PCI-compliant hosted pages. We never receive or store card numbers; we keep only the transaction reference, amount, and status needed to match a payment to an order, plus the receipt email address.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the updated version applies from the moment it is published on this page. For significant changes we flag the update on the page itself.
